• Nieuw boek over de link tussen oorlog en games
  Scott Juster bespreekt From Sun Tzu to Xbox: War and Video Games. "Beginning with a survey of war's historical representation in games, the book winds through World War II, the birth of computers, and the subsequent proliferation of computer technology in both the military and entertainment sectors."
• Free Realms heeft al een miljoen leden
  Sony's gratis MMO doet het goed. Is dit leuker dan MapleStory, o kritische reacteurs?
• Take-Two klaagt 3D Realms aan
  Het faillisement van de legendarische ontwikkelaar krijgt een staartje: Take-Two suggereert dat Duke Nukem Forever doelbewust werd uitgesteld. Het eist onder andere dat de broncode wordt bewaard. "Why would they want that? This is just our speculation, but when someone wins damages in a civil lawsuit that aren’t paid, they can be awarded assets instead."

   From Sun Tzu to Xbox is al meer dan twee jaar uit. Wel aardig boek overigens, maar erg journalistiek :).

   Really? Slordig van mij. Nu je het zegt klinkt het te bekend om nieuw te zijn. Was er twee jaar geleden ook al benieuwd naar, denk ik ;-)
